Includes a mostly completed HACCP plan as well as all material from HACCP class.The kill room is equipped as follows: 6 wall mounted kill stainless steel kill cones, with extras for larger birds or turkeys.Blood trough set to drain into a bucket.41” rotary scalder with continuous water flow, adjustable thermostat and timer, and a two inch drain.27” drum style pluckerStainless steel table, hands free wash station, piped hot and cold water, and all necessary hoses.Pass through window into evisceration room.Evisceration room is equipped as follows: Instant hot water heater, which supplies the entire unit, which includes two 100lb propane tanks on a switch so you won’t run out of propane, a hands free wash station, stainless steel sink with stainless steel counter, office area with fold down desk and office chair, two more stainless steel tables for evisceration, two food grade plastic chill tanks with lids and drains, each capable of holding 75 birds, all needed hoses and plumbing. Unit also has floor drains unit.In the cooler section: All cleaning and disinfectant supplies, two closets for everything else. Including: packing bags, thermometers, all necessary knives, and evisceration tools, scales, labels, extra kill cones, draining rack for birds, burner to shrink wrap and package birds in, first aid kit, and more.Unit has a removable deck built off of the back where kill room is located and has a side door entry into the evisceration room with removable stairs.All walls and ceilings are washable and all electrical connections are for wet conditions.This is as mentioned a ready to operate unit.
