About a month old, mint condition cargo hauler, luggage rack/ hitch carrier slides into a normal class III receiver hitch (the kind almost every truck and SUV has under its rear bumper). Nothing else is required. It has a 500lb capacity. Most of these are rusting away in people's sheds, but this one is aluminum, so it will never rust, and it weighs less than half of the steel ones. Moms and even grandmas can easily lift it and attach it to the car. It is very well made, with no bolts facing inside to rip up the suitcases, has a wide stance (I got 5 large suitcases on it standing up), and has a tall lip that is easy to attach to. Overall measurements are 49.25" x 22.5". We bought this brand new very recently, on February 27th, in San Diego, California. I was asking $100 but now the price is $80. A very good deal for someone who needs this. We needed it to get all of our suitcases to Cassville, Missouri.
