This model 766 jaw/roll crusher is a closed circuit unit with three deck screens and a side product conveyor. The power system is mounted separately. The unit is completed with a Fruehauf Switch gear van/ and operations tower; Cederrapids apron feeder with a frequency drive system; prop conveyor and a tool van. The cedarrapids 766 Master Commander crusher has 16x36 Jaws, 26x40 rolls. To begin with, the power of Jaw to handle larger rocks up to 10". Then with the 5'x14' three-deck screens, it will circulate the rock between the jaw & rolls until the desired size of gravel is achieved from the main and side conveyors. Improved return conveyor. It is powered by a Cat D353, mounted on a 1984 GMC flatbed truck, which also drives the 190 KW Kato Generator included. The switchgear can houses numerous electrical control boxes that have quick couplers along the outside of the van for connecting to motors as necessary. In the front there is a fuel storage tank. The van is outfitted with a staircase to the top to access the soundproof observation control tower. There is ac/ and heat. The cederrapids 16x36apron feeder outfitted with a grizzly that can easily be lifted up to remove the oversize as it accumulates. The frequency drive controls the feeder speed for optimal control. 24x40 conveyor for side product or wherever you may need to place it. 1984 GMC 7000 series truck, gas powered 427 with a 5&4 transmission, air brakes.
