What I have here is an O R I G I N A L 1968 Shelby gauge cluster from a very low mileage GT-350! Super RARE to start, but this is a real deal 43K mile cluster and it shows. No refacing, these are the original faces, and they are MINT!
The ONLY change from stock is the clock, which was not working. Rather than replace with factory (unreliable) mechanical internals, I have upgraded this clock to a quartz movement for accuracy and reliability.
I have bought, restored, and sold dozens of 67/68 Mustang Tach clusters in my 14 years doing so, and have never seen one this nice. This cluster truly belongs in an original Shelby or very high end Tribute of.
I normally take these all apart and bead blast, repaint, etc... This was just so nice, I didn't want to touch it. It will look like it has always been there. I will include the original bezel / lenses / bezel parts, which is a great candidate for restoration if you so choose. Typical worn chrome and worn lenses, but nothing broken.
The mileage on the speedo can be reset to match your car, or to zero if you wish. Otherwise this is plug and play for an original tach equipped Mustang with stock wiring.
You simply will not find another original in this condition... maybe ever?
