Cast iron bell-housing for a Chevy PU V-8 (and some straight six) from '68 to '72 (to be numbers correct) and a 3 speed or a 4 speed transmission will bolt up. Note that the two bottom holes are not threaded on this bell-housing for the transmission, use nut and bolt or use a transmission that has the two bottom ears threaded. This one has the slant motor mount pads for a truck, the passenger car has flat. This bell-housing will fit from '55 up if you have side motor mounts on the engine and a mount on the tail shaft of the transmission to a cross member, thus eliminating the mounts on the bell-housing. The clutch yoke is not there, but the button is there. Will accept the cast or stamped yoke. This bell-housing will except the starter that bolts to it. The casting number is 3925505.
