This is an excellent running engine pulled from a 1961 model year Chevy C10 pickup truck. However,now missing carb.
Casting, codes, dates:
HEAD casting Number:-- 3836848 (235 1958-62 Head)
BLOCK casting Number:- 3769716 (235 1958-62 Block)
This is a quality 235 engine and I believe you would not be disappointed. Numbers correct for a 61 Chevy truck.

Chevy 235 6cyl Excellent engine motor originally born in a 1959 Chevy Apache Pickup, was recently pulled from a classic 1955 Chevy car during a V8 engine swap.

Casting, codes, dates:
HEAD casting Number:-- 3836848 (235 1958-62 Head)
BLOCK casting Number:- 3764476 (235 1958-62 Block)
casting dates on block and head are both the same date (June 9, 1959) and engine serial number was assembled together on June 10. So it is safe to assume head/block have been together their whole life.
This is a quality 235 engine and I believe you would not be disappointed. Numbers correct for a 59 Chevy truck.

I have 3 215 65/R16 tires for sale. Brand is Quadra Dayton LE and they came off of a Dodge Caravan. Will work for Chrysler Town and Country and Voyager minivans as well with the 16in rim. 2 of the 3 tires are in great shape.
