It come with a new wireing harness which ttaches to the battery and runs to the back of the van to the power controls. New I paid $3,500.00 and $300. to install it. Asking $1,900.00. I also have a PRONTO M91 Powerchair. This chair is a class 2 unit. It has new batteries, charger, tires, leather seat and runs great. This powerchair is designed for people over 350 lbs.
