The X27-168 Stepper motor is a direct replacement for the XC5.168 and X15.168 commonly found in 2001 thru 2006 General Motors instrument clusters.
Replacement of a stepper motor will fix gauges that are experiencing, sticking, shuttering, chatters, inaccurate readings, consistently pegged out, jumpy, or dead.
Warranty:
30 day replacement for manufacturer defects.
Must contact within 7 days for DOA Parts.
Returns:
Contact in advance for an RMA#.
No Return will be accepted without an RMA#.
20% restocking fee for all wrong part orders that are
not the fault of seller.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping:
Payments received before 4:00PM EST will be shipped
same business day.
Payments received after 4:00PM EST will be shipped
next business day.
No international or APO/FPO shipping.
We do not ship on Sundays, holidays, or other days when the post office is closed or there are other USPS service reductions.

Mail in repair or LED conversions, and refurbishing service is available.
Pricing:
- $5.00 per X27-168 stepper motor plus $65. includes:
- Free evaluation.
- Test and Replace burned out LED's and bulbs.
- Test and Replace bad stepper motors.
- Re-test and recalibrate all gauges.
- Clean the face plate and lens assembly.
- Any instrument cluster that is unrepairable will either be returned or recycled upon customers request.
(Customer is responsible for return shipping fees)
- Water or flood damaged units may not be repairable.
Note: your vehicle can still operate and function without the instrument cluster.

1999 - 2013 backlight conversion to Blue, Light Blue, White, Red, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple, or Pink LED's $100 (includes LED's)
*The White LEDs can be extremely bright to some people.
