Selling a good quality sofa that has remained in our living room, mostly unused. The foam cushions seem all intact, nothing is out of shape and the sofa is structurally sound. To be clear, there is no foul smell, dirt, mold, bugs, contaminants (urine, blood, etc.), mice or any other rodent nests in or on this sofa.It was purchased at the Choice Seating Gallery in NY. The price of this sofa exceeded $3,000 but I am not able to confirm the exact purchase price. I was told the style is Mid Century Modern French and expensive on the retail market. I cannot verify this information, but know the frame and overall construction is extremely strong and solid.While there are no stains, or fading on the sofa, there are two "cosmetic" tears on the sofa fabric. One area of fabric tears is on the bottom right corner under the seat cushion. The other tear sits on top of the top right seat cushion so while smaller, is mostly the tear that can be seen from close up. The pics show the two areas affected. While the fabric is torn, it looks like the orange foam cushioning under the tears is intact. If handy, can fix, cover or reupholster. This would be the type of sofa worth investing in as they don't make them like this anymore. If you like a strong, sturdy sofa with flair, you will love this sofa.
