I have a Char-Broil Infrared Fryer for sale which is labeled as the "Big Easy". Char-Broil makes this oil-less fryer by using infrared heating versus oil or direct heating. It can be used for large turkeys, roasts, ribs, even burgers & brats with the rack I am including. Cooking with oil can be dangerous as well as bad for you health.
